One of the key result areas of this role is to manage and motivate the team of entry level marketers. The company are looking for a confident person who is a natural leader and has the ability to inspire and lead with a motivational attitude.

The company are either looking from someone from a certain kind of digital marketing background already who wants to step up to a team leader role. Or they would consider a strong team leader from another office sector, who can show an interest in digital marketing.

A forward thinking, large organisation based in Leeds has an opportunity for up to 4 new German speaking Customer Service Executives. There are 4 roles in the company as day shift positions.

The time roles will be 37.5 hours per week, working between 6am – 7pm, 5 days over 7 days varying from week to week.

The company serve large corporate clients, and they deal with clients’ issues and solve problems for them.

The role involves working in a large team in a very nice, very friendly office environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long career in a market leading international business, where there is a lot of opportunity to progress and develop.

Duties:

  • Taking calls from German speaking customers in the DACH region, including Germany, Austria and Switzerland, who may be experiencing problems to resolve
  • Taking calls and emails from the UK market as well
  • Answering emails from above customers who are experiencing problems
  • Translation of documents from English to German and German to English
  • Translation of emails from English into German and German to English
  • Supporting the UK team with English speaking customer service, as not every call that comes in will be from the German speaking areas
  • Acting on urgent requests for customers who are having a crisis
  • Calling necessary people for updates
  • Liaising
  • Any other admin and customer service tasks as needed

Person specification:

  • You should be passionate about customer service and be confident speaking over the phone
  • Sound user of all MS Office programmes and confident with IT in general
  • You need to be comfortable with technical language in German, including Swiss and Austrian German, or be able to learn quickly
  • You should be a proactive team player who enjoys working with other people
  • Background is not the highest priority – having a great knowledge of German and good customer service experience are most important

One of the key competencies for this role is having good research skills. You will be researching potential co-operations for the digital marketing agency and helping to send emails to introduce the agency. An international digital marketing agency has a vacancy for a French, German or Spanish speaking Digital Marketing and Business Development Executive. This is a business role within a prestigious digital marketing company, and will act as an excellent first step into a digital marketing career.

This is an entry level position - specific qualifications are not essential. However if you have interests in marketing that you can show, this is very much preferred. The company are based in brand new offices in Leeds City Centre, around a 10-minute walk from Leeds Train Station.
