I have worked with Lauren and her team, on 3 recent important sales/language speaking roles at Games Workshop PLC. Lauren spent time with me understanding the brief and the specific requirements for each of the roles. They used a video interview type of approach for those candidates they felt were the most suitable, using a set of agreed questions for them to explore on our behalf. I was then able to view the video interviews on line, access the correlating CVs, and provide feedback to Lauren on each of the candidates. This was incredibly efficient and helpful as it served as the first stage interview for me cutting down on the amount of 121 interviewing time. I was very quickly and easily able to choose those candidates I wanted to interview and was able to get to a conclusion without any fuss.
