How we work with our clients

Upon having an initial quick chat about your vacancy, we will arrange a further meeting or call to discuss your job vacancy and requirements in detail. Afterwards, we will produce our own job description to go alongside yours. Then we’ll start to source candidates. We have a large network of multilingual candidates ready to draw upon.

In addition to sending you a CV, we also send a detailed profile for each candidate, written by us. Oh, and we meet candidates where possible! If this isn’t possible, we’ll let you know.

What about our fees?

Our fees are transparent, fair and not one-size-fits-all. Prices depend and the job role and amount of work needed to be done. We usually work to percentage fees, however there may be an option to do a fixed fee if you prefer this.
