Service Levels

For recruitment roles we operate three different service levels - Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can choose which level you want to go with when you give us a role to work.

Contingency

This service level applies when the position is out through multiple competing agencies.

POPULAR
Exclusive

This service level applies when you allow us exclusively to take over the process of finding you the right candidate.

Retained

You work exclusively with us on a retained basis. This means you invest a percentage of the fee in advance.

Includes:

  • Use of your existing job specification
  • Role advertised on select job boards and social media
  • Candidates sourced from our existing large candidate database and from advert responses
  • Interviewing of candidates over the phone, and where possible via video or face to face
  • CV submission with salary details
  • Interview preparation, offer management and feedback
  • Standard turnaround time

Includes everything in Contingency as well as:

  • Bespoke job description written by us for maximum candidate attraction
  • Candidates sourced using headhunting from the passive marketplace (80% of the job market)
  • Detailed interviewing of candidates, always via video or face to face
  • Formatted CV
  • Copy of our detailed interview notes
  • Priority turnaround time

Includes everything in Exclusive as well as:

  • Recruitment process timeline developed and agreed
  • Candidate manager will spend one 37-hour week solely finding candidates for this position, plus any additional time needed afterwards
  • Role advertised on a wide range of job boards
  • Candidates sourced from a wide variety of sources, including AI sourcing
  • International sourcing
  • Video ‘cover letter’ from the candidate, shared with you in advance of agreeing interviews
  • Extra work done with the candidates to increase engagement
