German speaking Learning and Development Specialist
Manchester – The role requires on site training presence, so is largely on site based
Salary up to £50 K top end
We are helping one of the leading equipment manufacturers to find a learning and development specialist to work alongside the technical team, and assist in delivering training to engineers in the business. It is a role involving both English and German. This is a lovely learning development opportunity which involves both planning sessions and delivering sessions for groups up to 16 people. Both online and on site, and sometimes in Europe.

- Planning learning and development sessions
- Working with the subject matter expert to do this
- This means you don’t have to be technical or an engineer yourself
- All core content is created by the subject matter expert.
- Using the content to come up with engaging material
- Delivering the sessions in a support capacity
- The subject matter expert will be the main training leader
- It’s a very nice opportunity to be live with learners in the environment while sharing this with a colleague
- Travel to Europe will be around three days approx per month. Could be a little bit more sometimes and less other times
The person they need
- German and English speaking. French or Italian In addition, would be even better
- . Strong background in learning and development
- The more. Background and experience you have, This would influence the salary
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong people skills
- Engineering or technical background in addition, would be even better, but not essential
- The essential thing is learning and development experience in any sector
