Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Office Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (4:00 PM finish on Fridays)

About the Company
We are recruiting for a sales administrator for a business with strong European operations, particularly in Germany, to support its growing customer base and logistics operations. The role will focus on providing excellent customer service, sales support, and process handling for a fixed set of customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting German-speaking customers with queries.
  • Coordinating with warehouse and transport teams.
  • Managing product stock and backorder information.
  • Assisting with general logistics and shipment tracking.
  • Responding to inquiries about product information and availability.
  • Building strong relationships with existing customer accounts.
  • Participating in European trade shows when needed.
  • Maintaining and updating sales documentation and records.
  • Collaborating with commercial teams on customer projects.

The Person They’re Looking For

  • Experienced in office-based sales administration.
  • Fluent German speaking (essential).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Confident handling customer relationships.
  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
  • Familiar with logistics and stock management processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Able to work full-time, five days in the office.
