Location: Remote though attached to the London office, so London area is preference
Salary: Up to £50,000 absolute top of bracket, depending on previous salary and experience
Office Pattern: Primarily remote, occasional meetings in London

We are recruiting a leisure industry partnerships organisation. This role focuses on expanding into the German market by developing partnerships with new organisations. The product you’ll be working with is an entertainment product, so in a very fun sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new leads for clients in Germany
- Reaching out to decision-makers across industries
- Identifying client needs for the product
- Negotiating deals from initial contact to final sale
- Building and managing a robust sales pipeline – sales cycle 3 – 6 months
- Delivering against sales targets for new business
- Utilizing platforms like HubSpot and BigCommerce effectively
- Managing some account activities via the self-service platform
- Regularly meeting with internal stakeholders to align processes
- Supporting larger deals with ongoing engagement and follow-ups
The Person They’re Looking For
- Strong B2B sales experience, entertainment sector is even better
- Fluent German speaking essential
- Successful track record in building and closing deals
- Collaborative and able to work effectively in a small team
- Strong IT skills, and familiar with CRM systems- they use Hubspot
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptable to a startup-like environment with autonomy
- Detail-oriented and organized, especially for pipeline management
- Comfortable engaging with high-level decision-makers
- Driven, proactive, and culturally aligned with a team-focused ethos
