German Speaking Customer Service Professional

We are recruiting a German speaking customer service role to support a leading brand in the world of ecommerce
The role will involve support for all aspects of customer service, from customers wanting to decide which products to purchase, to solving queries post sale, such as delivery issues.

The main tasks in the role

  • Answering queries about products from German customers
  • Such as which to purchase, which is right for them
  • The other 40% will be around resolving queries after a customer has purchased
  • Such as any queries around deliveries, or products needing to be returned

The ideal candidate

  • A good customer service background
  • Interested in ecommerce
  • Able to connect with the customer and have empathy
  • Fluent German speaking
  • Reliable
  • Happy to contribute ideas and comfortable adapting processes
  • Able to work in the Stockport office 5 days per week during probation
  • Move to hybrid after 3- 6 months depending on speed of picking up the role
