German Speaking Inbound Sales Job – Coventry
Location: Coventry – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Salary: £32K base + very generous bonus
Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm, UK hours

We’re supporting a leading software company known for its statistical data analytics tools used by a huge variety of industries. They’re now expanding their sales function and are looking for an inbound German speaking sales executive.
This is an ideal role for an entry level a native-level German speaker who’s money-motivated, interested in tech, and ready to break into SaaS sales.
About The Role

  • Dealing with inbound leads for customers shown interest in the software
  • Following up on those leads, giving them a call, sending them emails
  • Working closely with marketing to follow up on leads from major industry events
  • If relevant, passing leads to other members of the sales team
  • Logging all sales activities, prospect interactions, and account intelligence in the CRM
  • Collaborating with the wider European sales teams
  • Acting as a key part of a newly formed outbound team with plenty of support and coaching
  • Targeting customers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors where the company is most active

The Ideal Candidate

  • Native or professional-level German speaker
  • They are really looking for someone who wants to break into sales
  • Motivated by money, career progression, and the idea of getting into tech/SaaS sales
  • Able to work 3 days per week from the office in Coventry
  • Comfortable with inbound sales, and able to learn quickly
  • Organised and consistent with CRM hygiene and sales admin
  • Positive, proactive, and coachable
  • Not a fit if unable to handle outbound prospecting or demonstrate professional German fluency
