Our client are part of a large European group who are a leading provider of IT solutions, working in partnership with major computing companies. They work with business clients all across Europe, from Germany to France and the Nordics.
To recruit 2 German speaking business development executives, and 1 French executive.
Firstly myself and candidate manager Karen met with their Head of HR at our Leeds office back in November. We talked about the client’s recruitment process, what he was looking to gain from working with us, and his experience recruiting for their German speaking roles in the past. We hadn’t seen the job spec before the meeting but that wasn’t at all an issue. I was able to spend 45 minutes talking about the positions and building an attractive, custom job description.
After setting an interview date for 2 weeks ahead we were able to successfully find three very suitable, locally based candidates over a three-month period. We managed to find the right skills at the specified salary budget, guiding the company to make sure there were no rejected offers.
