Lauren - Director and Main Recuiter

Director, Language Graduate and Main Recruiter at BonBon, with 10 years experience

I formed BonBon Languages in 2019, after finishing my degree in Modern Languages some years prior, and after having worked in recruitment in various sectors.

I used this experience to create BonBon Languages. who now exclusively specialise in German speaking positions.

I will be your main point of contact and the recruiter for each job role, while we also look to appoint another language recruitment specialist.

What do I  do?

  • Recruit for all job roles – understand company needs
  • Then find and matching the right candidate
  • Talking to clients and being the point of contact
  • Interviewing job seekers

In my spare time I’m a keen runner, audiobook and AI enthusiast.  I also love travelling.

As for my own language skills, I speak Russian, French, and can also get by in Spanish.

Maureen - Recruitment Admin and Finance Manager

Recruitment Assistant

Maureen works alongside Lauren in the office and covers all aspects of recruitment support. She comes from a long background in administration and finance. And has been with BonBon since we started.

She manages initial communication with candidates, such as applications, and helps streamline the interview process. She also manages all of our email correspondance while Lauren gets on with the recruiting!

Additionally, Maureen and Lauren undertake the aftercare process as a team, making sure all our candidates and clients are happy.
